Terms of Payment, Changes, and Reservation Cancelling in the Hotel

The organizers shall consider your application for accommodation during 24 hours and inform you via fax or e-mail about the possibility / impossibility of providing the ordered hotel and other services.

In case of application confirmation the ordered service is guaranteed. If the customer changes a guest’s name or stay dates in a confirmed application, the latter is cancelled, and a new reservation is done in accordance with the changed request.

The conference participants have the right to cancel reservation of the hotel rooms without cancelation fee, if they do it 15 days before the conference beginning, not later than 12:00 local time. In case of absence of confirmed cancelation, or no show of the person for which the room was reserved, a fee amounting to first 24-hour period of stay is charged.

Payment is made after reservation confirmation by any method the most convenient to you: credit card with no physical presence (authorization form), bank transfer payment of a bill.
